Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Risal E A (“we”, “us”), the developer of the OODIKO mobile game (the “App”), collects, uses, and protects your information. OODIKO is designed to respect your privacy: it requires no account registration, contains no advertising trackers, and stores your gameplay progress locally on your device.
1. Information stored on your device
The following information is generated during gameplay and stored locally on your device:
- Gameplay data — high scores, turn counts, total quakes, streak history, and unlocked content;
- Game settings and preferences — sound, haptic feedback, and control layout preferences.
Deleting the App removes this local data from your device. If you enable Apple iCloud Backup or Game Center sync, backup or leaderboard data is managed by Apple under your Apple Account settings.
2. Third-party service providers
We use a minimal set of third-party processors to operate, monetize, and improve the App. These services process pseudonymous technical data and operate under strict privacy and security standards.
a. Purchases & Subscriptions — Apple & RevenueCat
In-app purchases and optional subscriptions are processed directly by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or store your credit card or payment billing details. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to handle receipt validation and subscription entitlements. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, product purchase details, transaction IDs, and regional currency codes. See Apple’s Privacy Policy and RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
b. Usage & Performance Analytics — Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to collect aggregated, pseudonymous interaction data (such as screens viewed, buttons tapped, and performance metrics) to identify bugs and improve game balance. No personal identifiers (such as your real name or contact info) are collected or sent. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
c. Remote Configuration — Google Firebase
We use Firebase Remote Config to tune game parameters (e.g. enemy spawn balance) and notify you of updates. Google processes standard technical request data such as device model, OS version, and IP-derived country code during config requests. See Google Privacy Policy.

3. What we do not collect or do
- We do not create or require user accounts.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, or precise location data.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data.
- We do not display third-party advertisements or use ad-tracking frameworks.
4. Data retention and deletion
Your local gameplay data is retained until you reset your progress in the App or uninstall the App. Technical data collected by our third-party service providers is retained according to their respective privacy policies and retention schedules.
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location (such as under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA), you may have the right to access, rectify, port, or delete personal data processed about you. Because we do not store account records or identifiable personal data on our own servers, most data resides strictly on your device under your direct control. 6. Children’s privacy
OODIKO is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take immediate action to remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
